First of all, I'd like to say that this is my third time returning to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. My sister and niece also purchased vehicles at this dealership. On this occasion, I traded in my Lancer of which the salesman, Igor, offered me a very good price - i was extremely pleased and happy for his help. I was then interested in leasing the Elantra, and the salesman, Michael Renaud, discussed with me all the options I could choose. He was incredibly kind and patient, answering and explaining all of the questions my son and I had about the lease and the car itself. He really wanted us to fully understand everything. I believe Michael really cares about his customers and after working with him, i felt fully confident to complete the lease transaction. Lastly, i finalized my transaction with Oscar Sanchez the Finance manager, who was also very polite and friendly to us, and helped expedite everything. All in all, i recommend this dealership for their excellent customer service, salesmanship, professionalism, and personable manner. More
