My overall experience was very positive! I was looking for a compact car, and went with the Hyundai Elantra. After visiting a local Ford and Nissan dealership, coming to Long Island City Hyundai was refr for a compact car, and went with the Hyundai Elantra. I was approached my Francisco Valderrama, who unlike other car salesman I had encountered first listened to what I was looking for and my price range and then showed me options. I never felt like I was being pressured into or pushed into something I was not looking for or having to reach outside of my budget. I left for a vacation and when I came back Francisco had the car and paperwork ready to go. He helped explain and set up the iPhone/Bluetooth features of the car before I drove off and of course answered even more of my questions. It was such an easy process from picking the right car and features, working out the price in my budget, securing the insurance and taking care of the paperwork. Francisco was professional, friendly and is a car salesman that does not fit the stereotype! Now I'm really excited to start driving! More
