We dealt with Wendy Sorroza via phone, she set up the appointment for us to come in and see cars and talk car loan. Wendy put us in the very capable hands of Magaly Leiva. Magaly took the time to talk with us and listened to our special needs. My husband is disabled and we need a reliable, dependable, and roomy car. We had our hearts set on an affordable SUV. Our thought was that an SUV would meet our needs. Our concern was price and payment. Magaly checked on availability and showed us exactly the type of car we wanted. She found just the right SUV's that met our needs. She kept us informed every step of the way during the process. Magaly set up the insurance also. She found us the best price on insurance. She really understood that we are on a fixed income, we have special needs (disabled adult), and that we did not wish to buy an other's car issues. We were able to drive away with the perfect purchase. We bought a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. It has plenty of room for a wheel chair, shopping, and family. I foresee a few happy and comfortable road trips this summer. Wendy Sorroza checked every step of the paper work. She followed up with a tx to check in and see how our experience was. Wendy wanted to make sure we were content and happy with the whole process and with our car. The ladies made us feel comfortable. They answered all our questions and put at ease our fears. They explained all the paper work and insurance info. We felt almost like we were dealing with family by the time we left the dealership. We will highly recommend the Long Island Hyundai/Mitsubishi dealership. Mr Israel Viloria (Manager) supervises and keeps all his personel informed so that they can provide the best service to us, the customers. He made himself available to us for anything. I tried a few months ago to buy or lease a new car from other Manufacturers but every time I would end up leaving more confused and more questions unanswered. With Mr.Rutkay, every question had the right answer, even my wife who is so picky left happy. no pressure to buy or lease, just honest numbers and deals that I just couldn't let it go this time. I ended up leasing just the right car for myself and family. Saturday morning I arrived and was out in like 30 minutes, Car and all paperwork was ready just like I had requested from David. Even Oscar Sanchez, the Finance Manager put everything aside to get me out cause I was short on time. David sat in the car and explain everything about the car, from the AC to the radio and even road side assistance from Hyundai. If they offer lower prices on the internet, dont fall for it... In short 1. The dealer promised to Provide toyota Servicing before delivery and then i agreed to the deal - Never did it. 2. The dealer took additional 790 dollars more than what we all agreed to in the deal - didnt kept their promises and not reimbursing the money now. 3.Charged 460 dollars from me for new number plates. I believe it takes 50-60 dollars for new number plates. I had an old car which i could have always transferred my new plates... made fool of my ignorance. 4. Overall charged a lot more money than what i had expected. I never expected to land up taking a bigger loan amount. 5. Promised full service change and now saying only oil change i will never be recommending this dealer to any friend or known people in the future and would suggest to any known people to stay away from them so that people dont get tricked.. Considering I'm what you call a virgin to the leasing world, let alone a woman, which can be very intimidating entering a "green vulture's playground",I was very pleased to find myself cradled in the arms of Alain Lustig, Mike D'andrea and Oscar Sanchez. Mike ,one of the managers,made me an offer I couldn't refuse, and me being Sicilian, you don't say no. Within a couple of hours I was in my new veloster. Alain, my angelic, blue eyed, sweetest sales specialist was a breeze to work with,he is very personable, funny and has an easy going way about him that makes you feel very comfortable. Once you meet Alain you are rest assured that you're in good hands. You can read it in his eyes that he will try the best to his ability to help you get what you want and need a.s.a.p. without the B.S and hidden fees!! And now the finance manager,Mr.Oscar who concludes the deal. He was very helpful, and may I add humorous, in explaining and compressing multiple paperwork into lamens term.
