Also, My husband requested to put a bow on the vehicle to surprise me, and Francisco made it possible... I was very impressed on how he made our experience very especial.... Once we picked up the car he performed the walk around and showed us all the features of the car. He also showed us where the service& parts department are located for future reference.... I came in on 3/16 and found the car to be to my liking. we proceeded to secure necessary paperwork, deposit, etc. On 3/17/13, I returned with balance due, and was able to drive the car home. Debbie was most polite, very helpful, with a pleasant personality. She was very kind and most importantly, respectful. His name is Francisco Valderrama. I appreciated the fact that he was knowledgable without having to refer to stickers on the windows of the showroom vehicles. Some employees are very pushy and a little too eager to tell you things that you are not ready to process. Mr. Valderrama gave my boyfriend and me the courtesy we expected as we shopped. If a perpective car-buyer were to visit hyundai in LIC, I would recommend Mr.Valderrama to assist them for his overall knowledge, professionalism, and his quiet friendly approach in dealing with car buyers. We wound up leasing a Hyundai Elantra, fully loaded and I absolutely love love love the car. Great price. Great on gas. It is a sleek looking car. It is shimmering white and we tinted the windows - it looks and feels perfect! My boyfriend drives the Hyundai Sonata and he brought it in to the service department a few days later. He devoted ample amount of time in understanding our requirements and suggested the various options we could have. We asked for the special test ride where I requested Alain to drive for us as we wanted to have a feel of car without worrying about concentrating on the road and driving. We got a very good deal same as edmunds.com average pricing. Alain sorted out all the details of rest of purchasing (Financing and other documentation) and made it super easy for us.
