After having a bad experience. Criss stepped up and went over and beyond normal customer service to assist me. Not only did she resolve my issue with not receiving my refund, but she took the time to listen over and beyond normal customer service to assist me. It wasn't so much not receiving the money, but the lack of communication that I was mostly upset about, and Criss was very attentive. Understanding what I was going through, and the long wait that I had, Criss had my refund personally handed to me at my doorstep. I was about to give up on this dealership, but if I decide to go with Hyundai again, I will come back solely by the customer service she gave me. More
