I live in New Jersey and was looking to buy a new 2013 Santa Fe. Someone suggested I travel to Queens and visit Long Island City and specifically David Rutkay. I'm thinking, why to to Queens to buy a new car if I live in Jersey? What influenced to make the trip was the fear of again having another typical and customary lousy and stressful car buying experience that I was used to. So, I decided to go to Queens. I called David, told him what I was looking for. From the very first call, David treated me with courtesy, professionalism, zero pressure or attitude, and most importantly no games. David was knowledgable about the product, prompt in returning calls and emails and overall an absoute gentleman to deal with. When it came time to actually pick up the car, I was further pleased at the lack of last minute sales pitches to try and sell me stuff I did not want or need, and I was done with the entire transaction at pick up time in just over an hour or so. Love. love, love David Rutkay and Long Island City Hyundai!!! Go there and nowhere else. More
