Worst Experience of my Life BUYER BEWARE: I couldn't imagine having a worse car-buying experience. Even worse than used car con men selling defective cars out of a back lot, thes BUYER BEWARE: I couldn't imagine having a worse car-buying experience. Even worse than used car con men selling defective cars out of a back lot, these guys use their large dealership and certified pre-owned program to fool the unwary into trusting them, only to scam them and rob them blind. I purchased a "Certified Pre-Owned" Santa Fe and immediately had it checked out. It turned out the entire car had been repainted poorly, in what was described to me as a "hack job". I was told that it would quickly flake, pee and rust. The 2 body shops I brought it to both agreed it would need to be fully repainted within a year. As a kicker, both front blinkers and the back license plate light were nonoperational, and the car needed new brakes. That same day I returned the car (less than 24 hours after purchase). For the past 5 days I've tried to reach someone in a management role to speak to, and every day they tell me they aren't in today, but will be back in tomorrow. Every time I call, I'm forwarded to a different voicemail. It's now been nearly a week since I purchased my car, I've never used it, and have never been able to reach a single person to address my concerns. Clearly, they aren't interested in doing what's right, they want your money, and if there are any issues, it's your problem. I can't imagine a worse car-buying experience. Please heed my warning and find a more trustworthy dealership to do business with! More

The salesman Jhammar Green helped me get what I thought at the time was a good deal on a 2017 Sonata, after going home that night and doing a little r The salesman Jhammar Green helped me get what I thought at the time was a good deal on a 2017 Sonata, after going home that night and doing a little research I found out that he instead sold me the only car on the lot that didn't have the 7" touch screen radio and backup camera that are supposed to come standard in every car. I called him the next day and asked about it and he assured me he would look into having the service department install them in my car as soon as possible. Well it's now 4 weeks later and not only did he not keep his word he won't even answer or return my calls. I had to call them and ask for a copy of my bill of sale that I wasn't given at time of purchase and I also called the DMV to find out why I still hadn't received my title for the car and was informed that the dealership didn't even send in my paperwork until more than 2 weeks after I bought the car. I'm not even expecting anything I didn't already pay for and this is how I'm being treated, it's unbelievable. Go to any other dealership but this one!!! More
