Sonata I went in to the newly renovated service department with my wife and daughter before work. Mark the service mgr was very professional and the lounge I went in to the newly renovated service department with my wife and daughter before work. Mark the service mgr was very professional and the lounge was impeccable. He introduced my daughter and I to Miss Allison Veloso. The staff were professional, and were so attentive to us in any way they could. My daughter and I took a new 2016 Sonata Sport and we absolutely loved it. I got an incredible lease and couldn't be happier. I also referred two of my roommates to meet Allison for new vehicles as well. Allison was professional, straight forward and clear on everything. I never once felt like I was being given some type of gimmick or facade. Their service department is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BAD!!! save yourself time and money and go to a different dealer if you need service on your Hyundai, I made an appointment to install rain guards (which I save yourself time and money and go to a different dealer if you need service on your Hyundai, I made an appointment to install rain guards (which I purchased) on my Genesis which should take about 30 minutes to complete, my appointment was for 10:30, I show up and give my information to Kevin who said that it should be done in about an hour max 2 hours, I said I can't wait 2 hours I'll go to work in Brooklyn and please call me once it's ready and I'll pick it up, he said they are only open today till 4:30 so I should come before that, I said ok call me once it's ready I'll come right away, so according to him it should're been ready by latest 12:30 -1:00, at 3:15 I haven't received any calls, I called Kevin only to find out it's not done yet and that they are working on it right now, it will be done by 4:00-4:30, I should be there before 4:30 because after that they are closed, I show up at 4:30 and wait for Kevin 15 minutes finally he shows up and the manager comes telling me it's not done yet and will only be done later tonight, I said but I need my car now, he says I'm sorry but it can not be done, so I told Kevin bring me my car and let me get the xxxx out of here, he went to bring my car only to come back that they are working on it right now and will be done in 10 minutes, after waiting another 25 minutes he brings me the car and of course it's NOT done because he thought he can do it in 10 minutes but it will actually take an hour, WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, meanwhile I'm out over $50 for Uber back and forth from work and 3 hours travel and waiting time and I still the job that should only take 30 minutes is still not done (remember I made an appointment for this for 10:30 I didn't just walk in) and I have to go to another dealer to get it installed, SAVE YOUR SELF TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICE!!! More
