Bamboozled I went to this dealership to buy a car. Two salesman approached me and showed me vehicle A, A 2016 Tuscon which was fully loaded, but wasn't feasib I went to this dealership to buy a car. Two salesman approached me and showed me vehicle A, A 2016 Tuscon which was fully loaded, but wasn't feasible for my budget. So then the two salesman showed me vehicle B, another 2016 Tuscon outside with less features for a good price. It had everything that I liked that car A had except for the navigation and a sunroof, which was fine with me so i wanted it. As I walked away from the car my friend and niece noticed a scratch and chip on the car. I asked Mr. Kahn if I could have that car at a discount due to the damage. He replied, "No, it doesn't work like that." He said he would call someone to see if there was another available. When he came back he said he had good news and that yes it was available with a different interior color. Since that was fine with me I finished the paperwork and left with the vehicle. As I had already been there for more than five hours and it was closing when I left, I didn't notice that this car was not the same car I agreed to buy. The car I was given was missing many of the features that I paid for. After my initial call to them was unsatisfactory I called again on Monday. I explained that I wasn't happy with what was done to me and that I was going there after work to return the car. When I arrived I was treated disrespectfully. I was humiliated and called a liar. They treated me horribly and very unprofessionally. Sammy, Kuzio and another man named Luis, who was not present during the initial deal, were ganging up against me. They were horrible to me from the beginning to the end. I was told by the finance dept. that to get the car I should have gotten to begin with I would have to dish out another $162 dollars to my car payments. I had already put down a $5,000 down payment. So I was like, enough of this bamboozling, and I left. I am posting my experience on Social Media. I called the corporate office and customer service. I also filed a claim. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved soon. I am thinking of pursuing a court/legal alternative and perhaps even contacting the news! More
