Worst experience of our lives on April 2nd my wife and I went to Long Island City Hyundai to either refinance our 2011 Sonata or trade for a new car, We spent 5 hours there , we t on April 2nd my wife and I went to Long Island City Hyundai to either refinance our 2011 Sonata or trade for a new car, We spent 5 hours there , we test drove cars and decided to trade our Sonata for a 2017 Elentra. We were told that we could lease and we were given a monthly payment which we agreed upon. When we saw the finance manager the payment increased. They finally got the car ready, we signed the paperwork and went out to take the car home. This was not the same car that we test drove it was completely different. It did not have a power seat or any of the other features. when we asked why they said it was because of our credit rating. This was April 2nd and today is April 28 and they have not paid off the Sonata. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!!!! More
