Dishonest Dealership I wish i could give this dealership negative 5 stars. First let me mention that i have been in/out of lease vehicles for many years. So i went with I wish i could give this dealership negative 5 stars. First let me mention that i have been in/out of lease vehicles for many years. So i went with my girlfriend to help her with the process and to help her get into her new vehicle. So she decided to lease from this dealership and woooooow what a big mistake!!! Before purchasing a vehicle here make sure you review other site feedback and hopefully you will avoid this place like a plague or know what to keep an eye out for based on our unfortunate experience. 1. We test drove the car and when i went inside i remember seeing an interior blue light glowing on the groud floor. I asked if the blue light came with the vehicle and he said "yes it was fully loaded". When my friend drove the vehicle off the lot it was not there. So this led me to beleive they staged the car to sell it or put her in another vehicle other than what we test drove. 2. Friend got the car in the evening (never pickup car at night) and the next day there was a scratch on the front windshield mirror, looks like a scratch from a windshield wiper which was never used since it never rained that night when she took the car. So this leads me to beleive the scratch came from when the dealership prepped the car as it was never there when we test drove it 3. The door handles were tarnished/spotty. This was not on the car handles when test driven. Again this leads me to believe that whatever cleaning solution they used in prepping the vehicle was too abrasive or didn't clean it properly. 4. Car insurance never received the paperwork from the dealership. She had to go back to them 3 times to make sure they fax the vehicle info to the insurance company. 5. On the MSRP sticker it said the vehicle comes with carpet mats but there were NO MATS in the car and it's what she paid for! So this led me to believe that during prep, they never put back in the original mats. When we went into the dealership and brought up the all the issues with the GM, they said they would fix the windshield, door handles and get her floor carpet mats. Then as a gesture of good faith since we have been through so much issues with this car, I asked if they could throw in the all weather mats. GM said he "will see what he can do". So many phone calls to get the floor mats resolved, no returned phone calls and run arounds and in the end, he said that we agreed to have the all weather mats as a replacement instead of the carpet mats and not for him to throw in out of good faith because of all the issues and headache. Basically, the GM Bryan twisted the conversation we had with him in person and lied! WARNING : Avoid Long Island City Hyundai. I recommend going to another Hyundai dealership or if you want to get a car from them, please cross check everything, and record any verbal agreements even on the small stuff. More

The worst service and the worst experience I have had I was warned by a lots of friends before not to lease with this dealer but unfortunately did not take it seriously until today. I am leasing a car wit I was warned by a lots of friends before not to lease with this dealer but unfortunately did not take it seriously until today. I am leasing a car with this dealer for 2&1/2 yrs. my car broke Monday afternoon1/18/2016. We called them Tuesday at 9am they said they will come and pick up the car withing 1 hour. An hour later nobody showed up we called again they said same thing we kept calling again and again and they kept lying.again and again waiting in the cold weather. Until 1:30pm we had to leave because I had a very important appointment with my surgeon. Next day we called again and we schedule an other appointment to pick up the car for 4:30pm. The tow truck came late of course even though I called two hours before the appointment to confirm and told them that I have to pick up my kids from school after 5pm. We took the car to the dealer and here starts the worst part. The manager or the supervisor a blond woman decided she won't take the car. They were open until seven pm but she said it's late and they don't take evening delivery. one of their mechanic was surprised of their behavior and told me what they did is not fair. They were around five employee at the service area and 4 mechanics walking around trying to figurout what to do all these employees couldn't do anything my kids were still at school 5:55pm Nobody cared. The blond lady in charge of the service area alsmot hit me on the face and that is when I called 911 the police came and gave me the legal advice and were very supportive and helpful. The bad management I have never seen at any store that is representing/ selling for a big company like Hyundai. Wherever you see bad management never expect good employees and of course a good customer service. My car still parked in the street and of course they will not give you a replacement car even though they do promise that The day you signe the lease. We pay our bills on time and we deserve a good customer service. From the bottom of my Heart I will tell you do not go to that dealer go to the one in Bayside or the one in Manhattan specially if you have kids and don't want to go through what I went through these tree days. By the way the car I am leasing 2013 veloster is new car mileage as of today is 10000 in 2 .1/2 yr and the transmission is broken already. I will never lease from these dealer especially and will never lease or buy a Hyundai cars in general. To whom it may concern, Thank you, More
