BIG MISTAKE!!! because I ended up meeting this sales person (steven pratt) and he was so excited to show me what the 2016 elantra had to offer things I never knew Hyundai came with. like how am I suppose to know that the torsional stiffness in the car increased by 41% the only reason why I decided to buy was because of his product knowledge and customer service skills he made me feel comfortable welcomed and then when a customer bought a new car they threw this mini party which got me fired up even more to buy. these guys are awesome I will tell the world about them. the only thing they need to pick up on is the finance time, the finance managers take their sweet time like nobody has things to do, that was my only problem but other than that I will recommend everyone to them. More
