Excellent Price, Honest staff, Great Vehicle I had 1 month to go on my 2013 Sonata lease, I was not sure if i wanted another Sonata but i decided to test drive it before making my decision. as so I had 1 month to go on my 2013 Sonata lease, I was not sure if i wanted another Sonata but i decided to test drive it before making my decision. as soon as i drove it, i was sold, the handling was improved, road noise was extremely decrease and the sound system was amazing. The rest was the color, options and price. i got a great price, honest and friendly staff and my overall experience was excellent. this is my second vehicle from this dealership and i am sure there will be a 3rd hopefully sometime in the near future. They have their cars listed online at a lower price then when you go to purchase the vehicle they add in all these fees to boost the car price. On top of that they tell you to shoot a basketball into the hoop and if you get it in they will pay your first car payment for you. We purchased the vechile over 3 months ago and are still waiting on the check till this day and have contacted everyone including the worst gm in the world mike n. And he refuses to return our calls! To make the matter that much worse the charged us extra for all thes warranties etc. that were never explained and when we tried to cancel they lied and said we could and we had to wind up contacting Hyundai headquarter to get the name of company handling to cancel directly then the convieniently lost our contract for $2500.00 and no one knows where the money is for it and they have been fixing it for over 4-5 weeks now. Yet the matter has not been resolved as of yet and haven't even received an update! This is a warning I could not even tell you how much we are going through because of this dealership!!! Please do not buy from this dealership go to any other one!!! More
