Great Experience I have purchased 3 cars in my life thus far, David, by far, was the least car "salesmanish" i have ever dealt with. Experience looking for a pre-owned certified at this dealer Drove couple of hours to get to this dealership. Reconfirmed multiple times if there were additional fees other than the state taxes and documentation Drove couple of hours to get to this dealership. Reconfirmed multiple times if there were additional fees other than the state taxes and documentation fee (on top of the advertised price) and whether the car would come into my 15K budget. After i got the confirmation on friday at 3pm that there were no other fees except for the ones above and the car would come into my budget, I decided to drive to the dealership on sunday. Was excited to get a car. Once i got there, the person who has been communicating with me over the phone all along was missing. She had told me to ask for her at the reception which i did. Was assigned a sales person who took down the stock numbers for the cars i was interested in and went over to the lot looking for them. He finally found the two cars after 20 mins and asked me to come take a look. Both cars had the rear frame(above the rear bumper) out of its original position. When asked, i was told that i was inspecting the car like a doctor and damages like these are normal. I decided to test drive the second car and as soon as i took the car out, i heard the sound of bad wheel bearings and vibration on the passenger side. This car was listed as certified pre-owned. Was told that the certification may not have been completed on this car. 1) Car would not come under my budget because the advertised cost did not include the certification cost. If i was told about this on the phone, i would not have bothered to come because the "out of door" cost would be over my budget. People on the phones have no knowledge about the price of the cars they are selling. They don't take a conversation with a prospective client seriously. Giving wrong information is unethical. 2) Lot is too small to stage the cars. Cars look like they have not been taken care of. I would expect the certification process to catch frame damages and scratches even if the original owner did not care for his car. So stay away from this dealership and if you still decide to give them a try, don't buy a used/certified car. New cars may be ok, cannot confirm before i was not looking for one. More

HORRIBLE!!!! Never before doing business with this dealership. Their customer service is bu far very unprofessional. Went on a trade in vehicle my father on a decent 36 month lease agreement and stayed to talk to the financial manager Benny just to get information once lease over IF decided to keep vehicle now my father is a 63 year old man to do a lease buy-out. Came to pick them up while on our way home he told me he offered him a $2,000 down payment with a $899.00 monthly payment. He traded his old 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe, that is an abuse to the elderly and this wouldn't happen IF i was around. So maybe after filing a complaint to the State General Attorney we can come to an arrangement, aside a complaint to BBS, Customer Service Survey and the local news to do a story and prevent any abuse to someone who don't really understand much English and having workers who don't know how to translate. Also having charges made w/out a consent on a 3 month FREE TRIAL of Blue-link by Claudia Pacheco. I am pretty sure I am not the only one with a complaint with this dealership. Numerous calls made w/out a single call back, visits to the dealership and everyone wondering around w/no answer on my father's refund on a vehicle he traded. By far THE WORST UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIPS SALESPERSON and MANAGERS!!!!! More

Lie and Don't take responsibility I bought a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from this dealer on Wednesday April 1, 2015. They told me to come the next day to get it fully checked. When I I bought a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from this dealer on Wednesday April 1, 2015. They told me to come the next day to get it fully checked. When I arrived the next morning in their service department no one knew what I was talking about, and the agent that sold me the car, Mani something, took the day off. Two days later the back right door didn't close because the kiddie lock was completely broken - something I wasn't told by the dealership. I had to get the car towed back to them. Although i spoke to Michael - A sales manager there, and he promised me they will take care of the problem ASAP, he lied - again the service department had NO IDEA that this has occurred. then started the ignoring, putting me through to VMs and not taking care of my new car. I am still waiting for them to get back to me. DO NOT buy from them. They will lie about everything just to get you to get the car and will not take responsibility for their actions. I am filing a complaint with the State Attorney General of NY. More
