He wasn't pushy or insistent. He gave us time to look around. After choosing a gray colored Accent, we started the process only to find out that the car had been sold but never taken off inventory. Sounds like a bad day at the dealership? on the contrary!! Dave stepped up to the plate and UPGRADED HER CAR TO A Elantra for the same price. Dave is a real class act!! and so is the dealership. Highly Recommend David Gee at LIC Hyundai I was buying my first car. I was interested in a Hyundai. I called LIC Hyundai and David Gee answered the phone. I told him I wanted to set up some test drives the next day and we set a time. I arrived and David was there, ready to take me out. It wasn't just me but also my wife and 2 children. David got in the backseat with the kids and we test drove 4 different cars then I test drove one alone with David. David took a lot of time to explain the differences between the various Hyundai models I was considering and then took me around the used car lot to show me various cars. I never felt rushed or pressured by David and he was always attentive to my questions. I asked him about Kia and he suggested I go test drive them across the street. I really appreciated that - it showed he had confidence in his line of cars. I did drive a Kia and didn't like it. Unfortunately, I ended up going with a totally different automaker but David was great. He gave me about 3 hours of his time, quickly gave me the car faxs, etc. If you are looking for a Hyundai go see David. More

I was trying to buy new 2013 Hyundai Elantra and we talke PLEASE AVOID go and buy any car from this dealership, they do bait and switch for customer. I was trying to buy new 2013 Hyundai Elantra and we talked over the phone and even exchanged emails. Finally we agreed on a price and the dealership scheduled a time for me to come in to buy the car. When i arrived the dealership, they tried every possible ways to not to sell me the car on the agreed price. At first they told me that the price we agreed on was an manual transmission, i showed them the email which clearly stated that it's an automatic transmission. Then later they told me that this must be a pre-owned car. The dealership simply just didn't want to sell me the car on the price. I've never encounter such worst auto buying experience in my life, this is just ridiculous and not acceptable for consumers. More
