Fantastic experience from start to finish. David Rutkay did most of the work by phone and texting, so I only had to visit the dealership for delivery of my 2014 Sonata Limited. When I came to pick it up David met me at the door, showed me my car, introduced me to Michael Romano, the Sales Manager, who thanked me for my business, and then let Mario Michael know that I was there to finalize the paperwork.Everyone was fabulous. My car was spotless and ready to go. Within an hour David and I were sitting in the car, synching my phone, and reviewing features. He would not let me leave until I was comfortable with all of the switches, buttons, etc. The Sonata is awesome. I cannot say enough kind things about the entire staff at Long Island City Hyundai. I even received a call from the service department on my way home, to confirm my first service appointment. Unbelievable level of professionalism from A to Z. Don't go anyplace else for a Hyundai.
