I went into the Hyundai dealerhsip to purchase a car for work. I knew what I wanted, and Eric was very helpful in getting me exactly that. I am really satisfied with my car; it gets great gas mileage (I drive to CT every day for work), easy to handle, I haven't gotten stuck in the snow yet, and best of all they even gave me some all weather mats to go with the car! This is my second vehicle from Long Island City Hyundai and I plan on returning to them when it's time for a third. More

It was my first time buying a car and all the sales people were amazing!! They gave me an unbelievable deal and even though I had some complications with my application, everyone there was so supportiv people were amazing!! My dealer (Manny Castillo) treated me like a friend and worked on my deal even when he wasn't at work. All the people here are so down to earth, respectful and know their stuff very well!!! Another dealer Israel Viloria, walked me through the closing process and kept me busy while Manny handled my paperwork. He also offered me advice on future purchases and even offered to handle my old car that broke down!!! I honestly have never met such great people. At the end of the first day, I recieved a call asking about my experience. The gentlemen was kind, not pushy, respectful and funny. NEVER ONCE did I feel pushed or overwhelmed. This is honestly such a RARE experience, these employees care about the PERSON not just the MONEY, they are so focused on making sure the customer has a great experience. I even overheard peopel who came in and didn't buy anything and the dealers never got upset as oppose to other places where they would get mad at the people for wasting his/her time.DAMION and MARIO helped me with all the paperwork (I used a captial one auto loan check). They were supportive, patient and just overall exceptional. I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, fully loaded for $16,900 with tax and all it came out to a little over 18,000. I recommend everyone to go here, they walked me through every step of the way and understood my circumstance. They put my interests and needs first at EVERY single step. I went in with my car for servicing. I love my light green Hyundai Tuscan and had no plans to trade it in but.......David Rutkay, a salesman, approached me telling me I was perfect. I've never heard th green Hyundai Tuscan and had no plans to trade it in but.......David Rutkay, a salesman, approached me telling me I was perfect. I've never heard that before and so was intrigued. When he said I could walk out today with a 2014 Tuscan I said "NO WAY!" But wanting to be perfectly polite I listened. David proceed to explain enthusiastically, clearly and patiently why it might benefit me to turn my car in for the 2014 version of the Tuscan. Jay, who I have learned to trust implicitly from the service division, joined us for a while. David spent hours, energetically, checking every detail of how to make this happen. I was efficiently set up to meet with Oscar to talk about financing. He was also very warm, friendly and patient, being sure that I understood fully the conditions of the financing. I met with the Allstate consultant who also quickly determined what my rates would be if I went with Allstate and advised me clearly in my best interest. What more can you ask for? Through this process I realized that it would be very wise for me to leave that day with a new Tuscan and I did, in a bit of a state of shock. The paper work I was given by David clearly outlined the entire deal and I was able to review the next day (this morning) and be certain that I was given an excellent deal. It's pays of to be perfect:) Thank you LIC Hyundai for years of excellent attention to my now past Green Tuscan and a special thanks to Jay Strassberg.
