After several failed attempts at numerous dealerships with buying a new/used vehicle, I visited Long Island City Hyundai Dealership where Francisco Valderrama was my salesman. Francisco was very polite a with buying a new/used vehicle, I visited Long Island City Hyundai Dealership where Francisco Valderrama was my salesman. Francisco was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing. My uncle and I gave him our price range and the model vehicle ideally that I was interested in. Within a few minutes of walking through the dealership we came across the car I was eventually able to get which was a used hyundai tucson. I went in with no money down and very little established credit and Francisco was able to work with me to get me the Tucson and at monthly rate I could afford. Jay and Adam are fantastic in the service department and have always taken great care of me whenever I came in with an issue. Jay referred me to Mike Renaud to discuss my end-of-lease options. Mike guided me and took great care of our interests and we ended up leasing our second Hyundai, and went with a fully-loaded Sonata.
