This is what you call "save the best for last". My husband and I were on a search for a car for about two months. We really wanted something that fit us well and overall was within our budget. After searching around we decided to go to Hyundai as it was our last dealer on our list. The moment we step into Hyundai and met David R. we knew that we were going to walk out with a car. His friendliness and customer service was beyond what we expected. After test driving the Santa-fe Sport and being extremely pleased with it, he immediately got us a deal that we could not resist. We also want to thank and recommend Damien Moncrieffe who really worked with our credit and making sure we got approved for the car. If you want to get a car and have a smooth transition this is the place to go but of course do not forget to ask for David!!! More

WOW! We have never had such a positive experience with a car dealership before. First,we were treated very professionally by Alain Lustig. I spoke to him on the phone two days before going down to see him. He was honest, extremely knowledgeable and stayed within my price range. He did not insist I run down there right away but set up an appointment with me and sent me several cars to view thru my email . On Saturday we met Alain and he showed us exactly what we asked for along with his superior sales manger Israel. They listened to our needs and concerns in purchasing a vehicle and came up with the perfect car for us. Along with Mario, our business person, they helped us reach a price we could afford. Mario worked very hard to find us a deal we could afford along with Israel. We are glad to say that this is the first time we have ever purchased a car with such a group of reputable businessmen. Alian kept to his word from the start without haggling with us or deceiving us on the price. We live in Seaford and the trip to Long Island City was definitely worth the trip.. I think this sales team should teach other dealerships the correct way to deal with costumers and sell cars. We had been to West Islip Hyundai Dealership and were very displeased. The salesman wanted us to buy a Sonata without even having driven it. Alain and Israel let us drive both of our choices without any pressure. We actually felt very comfortable for a change dealing with these 3 men. They are definitely an asset to the Hyundai dealership.
