I had an appointment with another dealership on Northern Blvd in Jackson Heights, so I thought since I was going to be around the area, I might as well make an appointment with Koeppel Mazda to view their i Blvd in Jackson Heights, so I thought since I was going to be around the area, I might as well make an appointment with Koeppel Mazda to view their inventory, although I had no interest in purchasing anything from them. Upon first encountering salesman Kamal Pokhrel, I was greeted with pleasantness and did not feel any pressure to buy anything. Kamal Pokhrel and I had a conversation about buying an SUV. After some talking, he offered to show me a few SUVs that might be of interest to me. I thought the SUV was attractive. I'm in need of an SUV, but I haven't even started shopping around. The efficiency, professionalism, consistency, and integrity of Kamal Pokhrel left me very impressed. The experience I had at Koeppel Mazda on Northern Blvd is simply exceptional, and that's not overstated. Kamal Pokhrel and I talked about buying a car, and I was impressed with the speedy and effortless process. Moreover, his knowledge about the cars was impressive, and there was no pressure when it came to making a choice. My last 2 vehicles were purchased through a broker in light of all my negative experiences with various dealerships……Koeppel Mazda proved to be the proverbial Breath Of Fresh Air…..from my initial contac light of all my negative experiences with various dealerships……Koeppel Mazda proved to be the proverbial Breath Of Fresh Air…..from my initial contact with Cynthia to my salesman Bruce Rojas who was great..he took the ball and ran with it…and his endgame was awesome even following up after the purchase..to his manager Ray who was true to his word to Tom , the financial expert who closed the deal and provided additional options and info ..Koeppel Mazda was such a pleasure to do business with….they understood what a huge expenditure purchasing a new vehicle is and acted accordingly which translates to professionalism and honesty….they were all personable and sincere…..in closing, the facility itself was 5 Star…..modern, immaculate and upscale ….I highly recommend this dealership not only for the experience but the CX-5 premium turbo, my first Mazda, is an amazing SUV….but don’t take my word for it…head down to Koeppel Mazda and be prepared for one excellent experience More

Totally disgusted with the hidden fees & lying sales associates/m certified Mazda CX-30 Turbo Premium in my home state of NJ, I was ready to give up. Totally disgusted with the hidden fees & lying sales associates/managers from many dealerships. I then found Koeppel Mazda! I found a vehicle on line with 2,500 miles that had everything my wife & I were looking for. I called & spoke to Kamal Pokhrel, a pre-owned specialist. When he gave me the price I asked him what about the thousands of dollars of hidden fees. He replied "sir, that is the price". After falling off my chair, Kamal said to hold the car, he would need a $500 deposit through a credit card. I asked upon inspection of the vehicle, if I didn't like it, would I get a refund? He said "absolutely" UNLIKE A NJ DEALERSHIP I dealt with! The next day I met Kamal & the pre-owned sales manager, Sherette Corsey. I inspected the vehicle & found a small issue. Sherette told me no worries & she would take care of it. So she did! I found Sherette to be a delightful surprise to what I was used to. We talked at length about many things. I found her to be warm & honest as the day is long! I purchased the vehicle & drove 60 miles to my home. What a machine!!! When my wife saw it she had tears of joy. The car is mainly for her. A couple of days later, I saw a tiny gouge or tear on the sidewall of the left rear tire that I didn't see upon inspection. I sent a picture to Kamal & he said he would run it by Sherette & didn't think it was a problem. Today they gave me a brand new tire. The service department was terrific as well & answered many questions I had about the CX-30! I realize car dealers are in the business to make money. Nothing wrong with that. However, with Sherette & Kamal I felt like part of the deal for them was making me happy as well. And in turn, I felt that made them happy. In other words, it wasn't just about the money. Anyone who may be having a problem finding their dream Mazda, give Koeppel Mazda in Jackson Heights Queens a shot. Give Kamal Pokhrel a call. I cannot say this strongly enough. More
