I had a horrible time working with Koeppel Mazda. I worked remotely via email with Angela Mundo and then was passed off to Jonathan in Sales. They gave me the run around with no completion of the deal in sight. I was a serious customer who was ready to close the deal and sign off on paperwork. Jonathan in particular was incredibly rude and was not accommodating in the least. I quoted a part of their own website that indicated that my car would be delivered so that I could handle the majority of my paperwork remotely. He said that was no longer an option with no apology that the website should have been updated with this new information. There was no attempt to understand my situation or to work out a solution together. His mediocre suggestion was that I take an expensive Uber to their location to pick the car up myself. While so many other competing car brands were making concessions with remote sales and car delivery service due to the pandemic, Koeppel Mazda was neither equipped to nor sympathetic towards making challenging times work despite claiming they were. I was then passed off to the manager, who never called me back. Save your time and energy and go elsewhere. More

The sales manager at Koeppel Mazda is truly a gentleman that leads by example and is absolutely true to his word. I didn’t see him or his staff at sales people but as real car advisors. Saiful worked with my for over two weeks to make sure that we settled a great deal on exactly what I wanted. Then after we scheduled time to come in we agreed on the deal and then I waited for the finance manager. And I’ll be honest, I was sort of ready for someone to be stern and pushy and honestly I’ve had finance managers talk down to me before and act like I don’t know finance (I always find it funny because I work in a bank) but I can without a doubt say that Steve was one of the friendliest people out there. He just simply went over the contract and we chatted about other things in the meantime. He never once was pushy or anything else negative. Aarif was the dealer that delivered the car and he was very patient and thorough as well. I had a slight issue with one of the infotainment functions on the car but I just pulled the car next to the dealer the day after and Carlos the service manager came out himself and took 60 seconds to fix the issue. All in all it was a great experience. Saiful was great and very personable. He is very knowledgeable and quick. John was very helpful and even stayed a little later than closing time to help me leave with my car that day. The team at Koeppel Mazda are amazing everyone worked together and were on the same page. I walked in at 3:00 PM and left there at 5:20PM with my car. Abdul was great I have never had a sale person take the time to go over all features of a car. This was extremely helpful and he gave me a follow up call the next day. I would not go anywhere else. I ended up being at the dealership for several hours -- and past closing -- because of an issue with my insurance company another employee was handling, and he stayed even though he has a family to make sure everything was taken care of. When I picked up the car, he spent at least 20 minutes going over all the features. A few days later, he called me to see how things were going with the car and if I had any questions.
