Great experience Koeppel Mazda was the first dealership we came to to look at SUVs. Chris introduced himself to us and gave us the tour of the CPO CX-5 options on the lot. We took one that interested us out for a test drive, thanked Chris, and continued with our search. Over the next 2 weeks, we visited 4 other dealerships, looking at other CX-5s, a CRV, and a Rogue. During those 2 weeks, he followed up with us via email and was available to answer any questions we had without pressuring us in any way. After settling on the CX-5 as our new car, we found that no other dealership was able to match the internet deal price point and warranty protection that Chris and Koeppel were able to offer. We returned to Koeppel and asked for Chris again so that we could finalize our negotiation. We took the CX-5 out for a final test drive, closed our negotiation with Chris that day, and we were able to pick up our car the next weekend. Chris was professional, engaging, and knowledgeable. At no time over the 2-3 week shopping/purchasing experience did we feel rushed, hassled, pressured, or uncomfortable by/with Chris. We plan to have this car for 10 years, but they will certainly be worthy of consideration for our next purchase. The available ice cream was a nice touch on those hot days! More

In one week I have gone back to this dealership multiple times to decide what I want and every time I went I never felt like I needed to sit down and make a decision because the team at Koeppel Mazda wants you be happy with the car you select. Chris had explained me the differences between the trims multiple times upon asking with out any hesitations. In my life every time I walked into a car dealership I thought to myself, I was just a dollar sign to them but in Koeppel Mazda I felt otherwise with Chris and Saiful. Saiful understood our needs and our budget and worked with us with the numbers. He is very straight forward and honest about what he was able to work out or not, there were no beating around the bush, no false hope. All the things Saiful said he can do in our first conversation, he actually came through and served us exactly that. I appreciated his approach very much and felt comfortable doing business with him. In fact, we walked in on a Sunday with the intent to just look at the CX models and maybe to test drive one; we left after purchasing a soul red (phenomenal color and in stock!!!) CX-5 a few hours later. Chris was easy to talk to, extremely patient and went out of his way to address the various questions from the 5 of us during the entire time. He also committed to a no-pressure paperwork signing/car pick-up which Steve honored so the entire process lasted for less than 15 min! Other staff at the dealership were also very helpful. For example, Jim helped to handle the insurance paperwork so we could have picked up the car as planned. The entire purchasing experience was very positive - all my family members who have had interacted with the various folks at Koeppel Mazda think they are helpful, courteous and would give two thumbs up!
