I worked with Jim Mendez on the purchase of a CX30 Select. The car was delivered to the dealership last Saturday, I spoke to Jim a number of times via email and phone, and asked many many questions…I Select. The car was delivered to the dealership last Saturday, I spoke to Jim a number of times via email and phone, and asked many many questions…I checked the car out in person, asked a few more questions, then put some money down, and asked even more questions. My bank wired the rest of the money, and yesterday on 3/11, one week later, I drove off the lot with the car. From the time of my first call, until the time I drove off the lot, Jim was great, very easy to work with, completely straight forward, and just a very nice person. This was my first car purchase, and Jim made it real easy for me by answering all questions, providing all information, and lowering my a anexity level by being calm, professional, personable, and transparent about the entire process. Steve K, who we spoke to for finalizing everything before we drove off, was also super cool, very nice, and he was also very transparent about the finalizing process as well, and we appreciated that. Overall, the folks at Koeppel Mazda were great, as was the entire car buying process. Thanks Jim and the rest of the team at Koeppel. We love the car. More

I was shopping for a new Hyundai but there is very little inventory. I started looking at Mazda's. I saw what the dealer had in stock and was very interested. I got a price from my credit union, called the d inventory. I started looking at Mazda's. I saw what the dealer had in stock and was very interested. I got a price from my credit union, called the dealer and set up a meeting. I meet Jim Mendez the assistant sales manager. He showed me a vehicle outside the showroom and it was nice, I wasn't wild about the color. He said I have a dark blue one also, He had it brought around I looked at it got the price for My trade in and I said that's the one. I was pre approved through my credit union. I have been buying new cars for many years, but this experience from start to finish went so smoothly. Jim goes the extra mile and is not only a great salesman but a Great Man, He set everything up for me because these new cars are rolling computers' I highly recommend Jim and Koeppel Mazda. I usually don’t write reviews but I'm making an exception after visiting Mazda Koeppel in Long Island City, Queens. I just purchased a 2020 Mazda CX 9 Grand Touring Model. I test drove this vehicle at anothe after visiting Mazda Koeppel in Long Island City, Queens. I just purchased a 2020 Mazda CX 9 Grand Touring Model. I test drove this vehicle at another dealership and searched around for different offers, however, I was not satisfied with my results. I then decided to travel about 60 miles to Koeppel Mazda in Long Island City on Northern Blvd to check them out and could not have been more pleased. I called the dealership before travelling there and spoke with Mr. Saiful Islam, the sales manager. We spoke about the vehicle and he told me he had it in stock and if not, he could acquire it. I met with him yesterday and he showed me the car and educated me about the various options and trim levels. He also briefed me on the Mazda brand in general and the Koeppel Mazda family. He was very honest, straightforward and there were no hidden fees or bait and switch tactics that I have experienced elsewhere in the past. After meeting with him, he put me in contact with the assistant sales manager, Mr. Jim Mendez who was also a pleasure to deal with. Before taking ownership of the vehicle the following day, Jim took the time to explain each detail of my new Mazda, including setting up my cell phone, setting up various addresses in the navigation system, setting up blue tooth as well as taking the time out to affix my EZ pass tag to the windshield. It was a pleasure conducting business at Koeppel Mazda. In my opinion, the staff go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied and happy with their purchase such as myself. More

great dealership, outstanding manager and assistant manager This was our third time for my wife and I and my daughter. We have dealt with the same two individuals since 2013. Jim is very courteous and willing to go the extra mile to please you. ***We can't say enough about Saiful. Each and every time for the last three vehicles for my daughter, he went out of his way to help her get the vehicle she wanted within her budget. She earns a modest salary as a early childhood educator still dealing with student loans, amongst other expenses a young person faces today. Saiful extended the same concern for my wife by being able to keep her in the same vehicle with just a slightly higher monthly payment. Again he went out of his way to provide us the service and attention you would expect being a loyal returning customer.
