From then on everything was a breeze. I was totally at ease after that. After I settled on my choice I was then introduced to Steve from finance who was just as friendly and patient as Jim. He actually made closing the deal an enjoyable experience. I consider myself very lucky to have had a great buying experience with a dealership. It’s not a very common occurrence.. As soon as I walked on to Koeppel Mazda’s lot I was greeted by Jay and treated like family. He was patient, friendly, and transparent. I came in with a budget in mind and I feel he went above and beyond to ensure we stayed within what I could afford and with what I actually needed in the vehicle. With Jay’s help I was able to surprise my wife with a brand new CX-5 for Mother’s Day.
