Horrible experience with sevice department Bought a used car (volkswagen) and had a problem that should have been covered under the dealer warranty. Later found out it still had factory power train warranty and brought to the vw dealer. They (vw) picked up my car at my home and left a loaner for me. Very dissapointed in kolar.
