Efficient and easy transaction In September, I needed a tire changed out to fulfill my warranty. The tire had to be shipped from a dealer in Toledo. I was from out of town so I di In September, I needed a tire changed out to fulfill my warranty. The tire had to be shipped from a dealer in Toledo. I was from out of town so I didn't know anyone from either dealership except the service people I worked with. I worked with Ian Metry at Kolar who was really nice to me, very polite and helpful. He kept in touch while the old tire was being shipped, ordered a new one, did all the paperwork for the roadside assistance and made the whole experience so easy and fast. The dealership has a fabulous waiting room, much nicer than many I have seen. On the whole, this was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
