But, I need to take a moment to mention an amazing service writer - Laurie in service has always been amazing when I've gone in to have my vehicle serviced but, when I called in a panic this week because I realized my Toyota Care expired and we were about to leave on a long trip (3+ hours from home) I called to see if I could possibly purchase Toyota Care Plus without driving to Appleton (I live about an hour away), Laurie understood my concern and worked quickly to draw up the paperwork (despite probably having a dozen other things to do) for me, she then called me for payment and mailed the papers to me so I would have them for the trip. The entire experience was hassle-free for me, and solidified why I choose to drive the distance I do for purchase and service of my vehicles. Kolosso is amazing at every turn! More
