We took our vehichle for a recall fix. We were out of there within the timeframe we were told it would take. Mong checked us in and he was very friendly and professional. Mong was awesome. We got our 90k mile service and I waited for our Tacoma. Brought in my 2013 Toyota Camry for oil change and tire rotation. After telling them I bought the tires from the dealership they still tried to charge me for the tire rotation still had to pay $86 for a ro rotation. My second time at Kolosso. They were able to get me in the same day that I called, supply a rental, AND the cited repairs resulted in a gas mileage bump for the better. Excellent Service:, would rate Mike at a 5 in all categories. He was professional, honest, and prompt in all of his communications. Even though I did not purchase this time from Kolosso, it was due categories. He was professional, honest, and prompt in all of his communications.
