SERVICE AT IT'S BEST I CALLED THE SERVICE DESK ON NOVERMBER 5TH NEEDING TO HAVE MY TIRE FIXED THAT HAD A NAIL IN IT. THE RESEPTIONIST INFORMED ME THAT THEY WERE BOOKED AND I CALLED THE SERVICE DESK ON NOVERMBER 5TH NEEDING TO HAVE MY TIRE FIXED THAT HAD A NAIL IN IT. THE RESEPTIONIST INFORMED ME THAT THEY WERE BOOKED AND I COULD NOT BRING MY CAR IN UNTIL MONDAY. I EXPLAINED THAT I NEEDED TO GET TO THE HOSPITAL IN D.C. TO SEE MY BROTHER. SHE TRANSFERRED MY CALL TO BRIAN CAVEY WHO WORKED ME IN IMMEDIATELY TO HAVE A NEW TIRE PUT ON BECAUSE THE OLD ONE COULD NOT BE REPAIRED. WHAT SERVICE AND WHAT A LIFESAVER BRIAN WAS. More

I was warmly greeted by the receptionist when I entered the dealership and offered a drink while I waited for a salesperson. The Wi-Fi also helped :) Once I spoke with Mikey and Latoya about what I wanted, they showed me a car that I did not initially have in mind, but as it turns out, it is the perfect car for me! It is very roomy and has all of the bells and whistles I want. There was no pressure to buy; they really walked me through the process and provided options for me to help select the best car. They made the process easy and really explained everything to me, from the technology in the car to the Toyota Care program. The customer service and attention to detail shown by Latoya and Mikey was outstanding!
