I have been screwed over by a few other dealerships and was NOT looking forward to the "car shopping" experience yet again. That was until I walked up to Koons Arlington Toyota and Scion. Immediately I felt at ease. I felt like i was their main priority- my ideas, my concerns mattered to them. It wasn't JUST the selling of a vehicle to them. It was making sure that I was HAPPY. And I am. I received exactly what I wanted, and they worked with me on a price. I know I can contact them about any concern that I may have in the future with my new car. I had the absolute BEST experience at this dealership and would truly recommend it to anyone!! Warfa was the greatest. The best car sales man I have ever met- truly genuine. More

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I brought my car in for service to get a replacement engine mount.
