I brought my new RAV4 in to have a hitch installed. The good news is everyone was very nice. The bad news is they could never get it done, despite holding the car for about a week in total. But when I got there they didn't know what I was there for so didn't have the part. Came back a few days later when they had the part. Problem with the harness, so had to hold it over. Then another problem with the harness, so couldn't get it done then and asked to come back in a few weeks. A few weeks like the "part" comes in, but they couldn't get it done and had to hold it over. Then the second day, another problem. Turns out because my car is made in Japan (it's a Toyota!) they couldn't put in a hitch on it at all. So, after about a month of trying, a complete fail. More

Last year I purchased my Rav4 from Koons Arlington Toyota and the service was excellent. This year, for the second time, I went for the free two year maintenance service. My service adviser was Mr. Misha Sto and the service was excellent. This year, for the second time, I went for the free two year maintenance service. My service adviser was Mr. Misha Stoev happened to be an Assistant service Manager. He was very polite and courteous to me. He explained the job in detail and the time it will take to finish the work. He is a good customer friendly and very knowledgeable person. I wanted to extend my gratitude, respect and appreciation to Mr. Misha Stoev for the excellent job he did to my car. He taught me the lesson on how I can be courteous to others. He is the best! I wish him the best with a bright future I forgot to mention, the Koon Toyota Service Center driver came to my house and picked up my car and dropped it off after work was done on time. More
