This is a bad dealership. I scheduled a appointment over the phone for 7:30 AM Saturday morning. When I got there they did not have my appointment in the system. I asked for 3 I scheduled a appointment over the phone for 7:30 AM Saturday morning. When I got there they did not have my appointment in the system. I asked for 3 specific services. It took 2 hours for them to complete their inspection and the services were not started at all. I just wanted my 3 services, not an inspection! In the inspection, they suggested a service that was not applicable for my engine which I did not know at the time and cost me $300. In general, it seemed like a desperate grab for more money. They also found a leak but never suggested any services so I walked away without getting that fixed. They rotated my tires and charged me for it without my consent and then when I drove away my tire pressure light came on and it as not on before. Overall, services too over 5 hours. I was severely overcharged as it is a dealership. And I am never coming back. More
