Ermek was very responsive to email questions regarding the availability of a 2011 Venza with specific options. He provide a listing of vehicles that he could obtain. Even after providing this detailed information he did not pressure us to make a decision and even offered quick email responses to our endless questions. When we were ready to make a decision, he was willing to negotiate by email and phone before we had to make a trip to the dealership. There was no pressure during price negotiations and the experience was stress-free. Although we did not expect to pick up the car on the day we visited the dealership Ermek was able to have the car brought in from another dealer so that after the paperwork was finished we could drive the car home.
