Bad experiences I've never been to this dealership personally but my experience with the koons in culpeper is beyond disappointing. I've been a loyal customer for 16 I've never been to this dealership personally but my experience with the koons in culpeper is beyond disappointing. I've been a loyal customer for 16 months and have tried to get there help in getting into a less expensive car. Or to even fix something that happened to the car before I even started financing it. They wanted me to pay for there issue. And on top of that now I'm struggling to keep my payments current so I dont mess up my credit. And they have told me several times there is nothing they can do for me. What kind of dealership does that to a loyal customer,? More

With appoved loan, Herb Williams the worst I was called by the loan company stating that I have been approved and to go pick out my car. Not! Perhaps my first mistake was not having the corresp I was called by the loan company stating that I have been approved and to go pick out my car. Not!
