Tony King was the dealership representative that reached out to me. I came in with my father and looked at several of them finally narrowing down one of the many. There was an area that needed to be painted and Tony agreed to have it taken care of at a later date of my convenience. Pricing was better then I expected which is what drew me to Koons in the first place. The financing was quick and efficient. All in all I have to say this was a positive experience and as promised the work that was needed to be completed was done. I was even given a loaner to use while it was done. 5 Stars for you Koons. Love my Mazda 2 I just showed up at Koons one day and Tony is who greeted me. He went above and beyond in order to get me into this car. Great service So I have purchased two cars from them the first car I got I loved from day one . He was outstanding, no gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys, just great and accommodating service. Elliotte went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle I was most comfortable with. He was very knowledgeable about cars and gave me suggestions and advice, but was not pushy about it. After I decided on the vehicle I wanted, the entire process was painless, quick and very professional. I'm in love with my 2013 Nissan Altima fully loaded for an amazing price and great payment.
