Awesome car at a fair price. Koons sold the car we were looking at and we were so disappointed as they did not have another one in stock. They located the car we wanted 4.5 hours Koons sold the car we were looking at and we were so disappointed as they did not have another one in stock. They located the car we wanted 4.5 hours away and sent someone the next day to pick it up. Casey G was awesome to work with. More

"It was an enjoyable experience" I knew that I would be needing to buy a new car in 2016 by the time Spring would come. I had been seriously looking at the Ford Escape. However, on F I knew that I would be needing to buy a new car in 2016 by the time Spring would come. I had been seriously looking at the Ford Escape. However, on February 19, my car's transmission stopped working. So, I contacted my Sales Associate to let him know what happen to my car, and I needed to buy a new car today. Pete Dixon came to my house and and picked me up in the 2016 Escape I would buy. Everything went smoothly working with Pete. He made sure that I was happy with my purchase, showed me the basics about operating my new car, and made sure that everything went well with my financing. After everything was done, I told Pete that I would definitely be returning to buy another vehicle from him. Pete is an excellent Sales Associate with excellent customer service skills. More

EZ Peezy, Lemon squeezy. I went to another Ford dealership initially that is close to my house but the service was AWFUL. No returned calls, no interest in selling me a truck. WOW is right! I posted a previous entry giving 4 stars due to (in my opinion) a lack of professionalism from one of the employees. This review is strictly for the employee who deserve all 5 stars. Pete Dixon is what I consider to be one of the best in the business. One of the things I dread in life is purchasing a vehicle. I couldn't believe my enthusiasm during the process when working with Pete (twice now). He's always cool, no hard sell tactics, no pressure. He has made the car buying experience something I thought wasn't even close to being possible...so much so, we plan on purchasing a 3rd vehicle from Koons Baltimore and we'll definitely be using Pete. If no nonsense is what you want when working with a car salesman...Pete Dixon is the guy. I was Wow'd ! More
