I waited in the waiting room, as indicated on my receipt. . The service manager never came to find me to tell me the technician's concerns. I went to find him around 4 to ask the status and he told me then about things that needed attention but at this point it was too late for this work to be done. I do not feel that I was treated like a valued customer.
