Arrogant. Tried selling $2.9k "repairs" to pass inspection without detailed estimate. Price $3k+ over advertised. Then called back with a lower offer after we left. Why not make that offer while a inspection without detailed estimate. Price $3k+ over advertised. Then called back with a lower offer after we left. Why not make that offer while at the dealer. Obviously trying to take advantage of the customer. No transparency. Argumentative. When someone continually says "I understand " but it's obvious they are not listening. Get some sales training and customer advocacy guidance. No trust. Dont go here. More
Fast service at a good price. They picked up the car serviced and returned it with no problem. In a Covid safe process that was touch-free. serviced and returned it with no problem. In a Covid safe process that was touch-free. More

Service at Koons Ford in Falls Church was great. I dropped off my car the night before and they brought it back to my house the next morning! Everyone I spoke to was attentive and knowledgeable. dropped off my car the night before and they brought it back to my house the next morning! Everyone I spoke to was attentive and knowledgeable. Koon’s Financial Department needs a complete overhaul! I don’t know if it is the management or the business policy to make it a habit of up-selling by lying to its customers. My husband and I were told that don’t know if it is the management or the business policy to make it a habit of up-selling by lying to its customers. My husband and I were told that we could NOT get a loan without purchasing an extended warranty, which we found out was false from the bank after we purchased the vehicle. We were also told that oil changes were included in that warranty, only to find out, they were not and for that ‘maintenance’ package we were charged almost another $1000.00. After driving the vehicle home, we found out the rear windshield wiper and the second key did not work. When we called to ask for it to be fixed, the first time, we were told someone would call us back, didn’t happen. When I called back a few days after that and spoke to the ‘manager’, he said they were not liable for the cost of the repairs and when I asked for a different manager to call me back, no one has returned my call. I’m assuming they are trying to push for the 30 day warranty to expire. My husband and I both work for the local school system. I am a teacher and want good, honest, hard-working people to know that this place and it’s ‘managers’ and financial department are unethical. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE! I really wish I had seen these reviews before I drove to their lot! We will be filing a dealer compliance at the DMV and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. More
This place makes the average american people pay for add in services with out a choice but when you realized this they play DUMB and BLAME THE CUSTOMER for signing the contract and not bringing a mechanic w in services with out a choice but when you realized this they play DUMB and BLAME THE CUSTOMER for signing the contract and not bringing a mechanic with you. ( this just happen when a senior came because his car (purchased 2month ago) DID NOT pass inspection. The general manager and manager(every sells person is called manager when a problem needs to be addressed so don’t get fool) did nothing else than blame the poor men. HORRIBLE!!!!! Their finance people almost make us sign a monthly payment of $700 for a 22k x84 months ... WHAT? If you don’t pay attention they will not do anything to redo or fix the contract. They make you look at what they want you to choose to make more money and when you ask for clarification they confuse you with other things and OKI DOKI YOU making you feel they are doing everything for you. But IT IS NOT! IT IS DISGUSTING HOW THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE of the everyday working people. More
I guess I'll pile on with the rest of the negative reviews for this dealership. My advice is buyer beware. Don't buy a used car, and if buying new, get another dealership for support and service. I reviews for this dealership. My advice is buyer beware. Don't buy a used car, and if buying new, get another dealership for support and service. I came from PA to purchase what appeared to be a nice 2019 Edge ST with 15,000 miles. I noticed an odd shifting pattern on the test drive, but thought it was a characteristic of this particular model, so I went ahead with the purchase. After driving it for several weeks ,I became convinced that something was amiss, maybe just something that needed reprogramming. A visit to a local dealer in PA confirmed my worst nightmare, an internal problem requiring a complete teardown and repair. To add insult to injury, the part (shift solenoid) was on backorder with no ETA. The local dealer went the extra mile, and ordered a large subassembly that included the defective part, and the car is fixed. But the process took almost three weeks, and I was without my car. I made several overtures to the GM, Ali, for some sort of "make good" for selling me a car with a serious defect. To date, the response has been "crickets". So if you buy from Koons, don't expect any support after the sale. More
I can’t tell you how utterly disappointed I have been with the service I have received from this dealership. We purchased our F350 in September and of course have had some issues with our tags due to Cov with the service I have received from this dealership. We purchased our F350 in September and of course have had some issues with our tags due to Covid and the response time from the DMV. Latina has been incredibly helpful and has gone above and beyond for us, but that’s where the excellence ends with this dealership. Every time I need additional temporary tags I have to practically beg Dean Somaldi to issue new tags. The most recent time, he only sent one weather proof tag and the other one was on a piece of computer printer paper, which obviously won’t withstand the weather. Upon receipt of this, I began contacting the dealership and Dean multiple times a day. I have left messages with the front desk, left messages with managers, etc. At this point, I am absolutely stuck. My husband is an active duty Marine and we live on a military instillation. Upon entry to the base this week, the guards discovered that we didn’t have the correct tags (since the rain had washed the paper away) and now I can no longer leave our military base because I won’t be allowed access to our house without the correct vehicle tags. I cannot get anyone to return my calls or take any sort of responsibility for this situation and I am beyond frustrated. We will not be doing business with this dealership in the future and will spread the word to our other Marine families in the Quantico area. More
