I had full plans to purchase a vehicle this week. I even got as far as getting my credit checked and was all set to go. I found a vehicle I loved. I only had apprehensions about the sales person. He did not seem genuine and kept using cliche phrases that turned me off. My husband was a sales person for the same company (years ago) and he left for that very reason, due to people like this salesman. He didn't communicate when I needed or asked and he assured/promised things that he didn't keep. I'm very disappointed and will now be looking at another dealership to purchase a new vehicle. It's a shame because I heard good things about this location. More

Had to keep calling service center to get updates about my car that they had for days and turned into a week. I get my car back and it looks like somebody has been going through my stuff.
