Marina, You must be tired of all the "miscommunications" that seem to occur so much more frequently at your shop than almost any other dealership in northern virginia. You must get tired of apologizing for all these "miscommunications". Real tired. I just bought 2 new Hyundai's and a used Audi. That one car sale could have turned into 3. I know 3 cars is not a big deal for you guys but I am sure that my sale is not the only one you have lost due to your "miscommunications" If you have a great out the door price, you will still sell cars but you will have no customer loyalty... even from someone who only lives a few miles from you, like me.
