My husband and I visited Koons Ford of Falls Church to consider a purchase of a Ford Escape. The sales person who worked with us was mainly,Victor Alba. After returning the next day to fill out the paper work and pick up the vehicle, Victor Alba showed us all the features of the vehicle and how to program such things as our cell phones.
