called a 10 day payoff for a reason Ok so I traded in my truck August 25th and it has still not been paid off. I even called last week before it was due and was told by Josh that they would overnight the payoff before it was due. He was told the day after I got it to cancel the extended warranty but something tells me that didn't happen either. I talked to them today and they just did the tags on it. A month later. Geez. More

The service was personable, tactful, and especially efficient in the way they addressed my concerns. Sales-rep Russel Walker demonstrated true patience and understanding with me and got me a good deal. If my future car buying experiences are like what I experienced from Koons Ford and Russel, then I will be greatly pleased.
