Koons Ford Falls Church Branch was the go to place for my new mustang i wanted to buy. Their prices were the best, customer service was excellent and Victor was really friendly and helped me understand all t new mustang i wanted to buy. When we arrived, Viktor made sure that we were comfortable and offered coffee and snacks. Recommend the coffee. The car we wanted to see was waiting outside and we went for a test drive, asking lots of questions, all of which Viktor was able to answer. He also took us to the overflow lot to look at color combinations that weren't available on the main lot. Even thought it was cold, getting dark and snowing on a Saturday evening, Viktor let us spend as much time with the cars as we needed. The negotiations process was also pretty painless and Viktor remained patient throughout even though we went back and forth many times, but in the end we were able to secure a price that both sides were comfortable with. The actual color combination was not available at that location, but was brought from another lot a day later at no extra charge to us. The car was clean and ready to be picked up and the predetermined time. The paperwork process went without a problem and seemed efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership and look for Viktor or try to set up an appointment with Viktor before you go. He will deliver a low stress car buying experience most of us are looking for. This is the second time I've gone to get service at this location on my 2012 Ford Mustang. I bought the car from Koons a year ago, and purchased a 2 year 30k mile maintenance plan, which includes 4 service location on my 2012 Ford Mustang. I bought the car from Koons a year ago, and purchased a 2 year 30k mile maintenance plan, which includes 4 services (7500, 15k, 22.5k and 30k mile services) for a whopping $700. Each time I have gone to this location, the service advisor has scammed me out of what I paid for. I have not been driving as many miles as I had anticipated when I bought the plan. However, I should still be getting the services done that I PAID for. Not according to Koons!!! NO! The service that you receive is based on your actual mileage, not what you "paid for". "Take it up with finance!" they say. Instead, what they give me is an oil change each time I bring it in. That's 4 oil changes over 30k miles, that I paid $700 for. So $175 an oil change. On the invoice, it says an oil change is $44! They didn't even rotate my tires, even though they said they did. Liars. I didn't get new wiper blades, as I am supposed to get from my maintenance plan. No new cabin air filter, nothing! Never again. Never Ford, never Koons. And to think they have a reputation of running an honest business... By the way, look at all of the other reviews about Koons. They are clearly all FAKE and self-serving. Compare to Google and Yelp reviews if you don't believe it. More

From the time I arrived at the dealership, right on through the time I left smiling with my awesome new wheels, my experience with Koon's Ford Falls Church was nothing short of fantastic! The salesman, Phil, was perfectly professional, perhaps the best car salesman I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He thoroughly explained the cars features prior to the test drive, answered my questions honestly and completely during the drive, and assisted me with what may be the most no-nonsense price negotiations I've ever experienced prior to closing the deal. But most of all, he was nothing but friendly! Truthfully, the smile never left his face the whole time I was there, he was so full of genuine, unforced enthusiasm. It was quite refreshing. The finance manager, Don, was just as friendly and energetic as Phil was that afternoon. It's normally this part of the car-buying process that I care for the least, as some finance managers I've dealt with in the past used high-pressure tactics to sell me add-ons. Don, however, offered the precise amount of encouragment, combined with common sense, to complete the sale of a maintenance agreement to me. Thanks to him I not only purchased the agreement, but I actually felt good about doing so. Together, these two gentleman served as the face of the dealership for me, and they did so with flying colors. Thanks to both of them, so much, for what was easily my best auto buying experience! He immediately treated me with respect, didn't rush me into a sale that I wasn't interested in and even called my back after the call was disconnected (3 other dealerships that I spoke with that day did not after placing me on hold for several minutes). We agreed upon a price and told him that I wanted to pick up the car on Saturday. An hour later I called him back and asked if it would be ok if I picked it up the following morning when the dealership opened and he said that would be no problem. When I arrived the following morning, my car was out front, washed, and ready to go with a full tank of gas. Koon's honoured the price that Phil and I had agreed upon and I drove away a happy man. I live on the opposite side of Virginia as Koon's Falls Church and can unequivocally say that I will be retuning to this location for all of my car's services, commute and all. I couldn't have been more pleased with my expericence and the coffee wasn't half bad either. More

Don’t get too WOW’d about Koons Ford in Falls Church. In a recent car purchase and trade, we were told the “WOW” price was the lowest possible sale price for the used vehicle we purchased – so no give on th a recent car purchase and trade, we were told the “WOW” price was the lowest possible sale price for the used vehicle we purchased – so no give on the WOW price. On the trade – a luxury vehicle in excellent condition – we were low-balled (below the blue book “trade-in” value) on a claim that the ‘market for the car was real bad and they likely would have to sell it to dealer of that make car and would lose money’. So imagine our surprise when the very next week, we see the car we traded in on the Koons Ford web site with a “WOW” price that was $4,000 above what we were given in the trade! And it doesn’t stop there! When we took the newly purchased used car back for the few items that needed repair (that were agreed to at the time of sale), the level of service we experienced was a complete fiasco – ranging from completely incorrect service log in, to total non responsiveness from every part of the dealership when we tried to find out what was actually being done to the car, to incomplete and faulty repairs on the few items that needed to be fixed. Only after sending a detailed letter of complaint to Koons corporate headquarters were we ultimately able to work through most of the repairs (one was and remains completely botched, however) to the newly purchased used car. Moral of the story, Buyer Beware – don’t get WOW’d about Koons Ford in Falls Church. More
