In fact, I ended up with a second Ford Escape. As a general matter, I do not look forward to the prospect of selecting and bargaining for a new car, but I was treated with respect and my prior business with Koons was acknowledged and valued. The staff at Koons Ford were courtious, professional and performed excellent service on my Ford truck. I will return and use the Koons service department again with out hesitation. Though the cost was a little pricy I received great customer service, repairs were preformed in a timely mannor and they were done right. So for a few dollars more I have the comfort of knowing that my truck is up to spec and safe to drive and that the work was done right. No bull or lip service just real work that gets it done. We drove 70(140 round trip) miles to see a car that we were promised was in great condition with low mileage. We had found the car online and it looked great in the picture. When we arrived we were shocke were promised was in great condition with low mileage. We had found the car online and it looked great in the picture. When we arrived we were shocked to see that the car had major scratches on 3 out of 4 fenders and a huge dent below the driver's side door. Two of the rims were terribly scratched. Sounds like it just cosmetic right? Well the car's airbag light remains lit after starting and the glass fell out of the convertible top when we tried it out. We live in Maryland and there's no way this vehicle could pass inspection there. The salesman did offer to repair everything to make the sale, but this car had too many red flags. It did have low mileage but for a 2005 with only 25k miles it was in terrible condition. I just wish they had been honest about the condition of the car. It would have saved us a lot wasted time, money and effort. They really need to update their Internet picture to reflect the true condition of this car. The price would have been good if the car had been ready to sell. More

Since I already purchased a Transit I knew what I wanted to pay for it. Dale was my sales person and he made the process so easy. He found the van I wanted, outfitted it with want I wanted and delivered it with all the paper work to my office. I am in DC and he dropped it off and took the Metro back to work. The entire process took a total of one hour over about three days. He followed up the next week with the tags and I received the title in the mail in about two weeks. I highly recommend Dale for all your commercial vehicle needs. More
I received excellent customer service from Randy Gabler and Josh Wheeler when I brought my 98 mustang GT in for service in Mid June. My air conditioner in my car did not work. To repair the air conditioner I needed three parts and one of those parts Ford no longer made. Both Randy and Josh immediately started looking for the part on e-bay and any other source that might have the part. We did find one company that had the part, but when I ordered the part it was never delivered and final the order had to be canceled. Josh went out of his way to build the part I needed for my car. If Josh had not built the part I would have been without air conditioning in the middle of the summer. So I wanted to let Ford know what great employees you have. More

I had done extensive research on the vehicle that I was interested in because I expected an adversarial experience. The price and options that I ended up with was better than I expected. I felt like I had a partner in the experience instead of the someone trying to get the most money out of me. My experience in dealing with them was so positive that I decided to purchase even though I was leaving the area soon. This caused issues with the title that was no fault of the dealership. The tags and title department worked with me throughout the process of titling in another state while deployed to Iraq. They went way above and beyond what I would have expected; an absolute pleasure. Koons has a fan for life. More
Soufiane was an outstanding sales associate. He was very knowledgeable of the used vehicle I purchased. He has excellent customer service and you can tell he is a very easy going associate who did not "pres knowledgeable of the used vehicle I purchased. He seemed to be a honest and, more importantly, genuine person to work with. I purchased my vehicle on a Sunday and he even helped to changed my wheel locks from one vehicle to the other (same car, just different years). This is the second used vehicle I have purchased from Koons Ford. Nothing against Koons Ford in Annapolis, but my experience at Koons Ford, Falls Church with Soufiane was much better. Soufiane also sent me a packet with the brochure for the year make and model of my vehicle as well as the window sticker. The price was good, service was excellent. All my needs for a used car purchasing experience were met. More
We walked into Koons Ford in Falls Church to test drive the 2012 Ford Mustang GT. Chaz Bryant was our salesman and showed us a California Special edition and explained the features and specs of the package the 2012 Ford Mustang GT. We took a week to decide if we were going to move forward with the deal. Chaz was very low-key and did not pressure us at all, but followed up in a timely manner during the week to see if we had any questions. We returned to Koons with a tall order. We were trading both of our vehicles in for a specific Mustang GT/CS from another dealership and a used SUV. After driving several SUVs, I found a 2006 Ford Explorer that I loved and Chaz was also able to walk through all the features of the car, even though it was a used sales deal. The team at Koons was very friendly and low-pressure. We would definitely recommend Koons to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More
