Both my husband and I have Ford vehicles. Every time we have needed maintenance we are always very happy with the customer service and the work done by the mechanics. Wonderful experience at Koons. Set my appt on my app, was greeted immediately when I arrived, and Mike White was assigned to help me with my two repairs/concerns.
