Chaotic Ford Service Center. Ford indicates they pick up your vehicle and they will service it and return it. When enquiring about this my service manager had no idea how it work Ford indicates they pick up your vehicle and they will service it and return it. When enquiring about this my service manager had no idea how it works. However the shuttle driver indicated that they do offer it and he's a part of the process. Apparently rather then calling my service manager you call some lady and she schedules it ..So in trying to get Side air bags replaced under a recall which I waited months for them to come to dealer even though Ford said dealer had them Then I had to navigate the dealer process losing a 1/2 day work. Seems they also have drive up oil change which I coulda done but my service person wasn't aware of how it works .I had to schedule service use shuttle or get a ride and loose another 1/2 from work.It's just all very confusing I found. I did purchase a second Ford vehicle from this dealer so Im hoping they figure out how the service dept works and learn how to communicate that to the customer ! More
This was my first experience with Koons Ford and I was very impressed. Quick service, easy scheduling with my ford app, and enjoyed the courtesy shuttle service. I did have to wait a VERY long time for them to bring my car around at the end of the day... the sales representative got side tracked and that was my only disappointment. More

The sales guy was bad and pissed me off and I purchased a GMC instead. I was dealing with Chuck and they said he was on vacation and then I setup and and appointment with another guy and said Chuck quiet or GMC instead. The service has not great I have a f350 I purchased and not a very good experience either. More
