I had to wait to get into the service bay, then other cars were let in before me. The oil change service I have no complaints about. What I do have a complaint about is the fact that my tailgate literally fell off and I asked them to fix it. I pushed back at them over the phone and told them not to touch it and I would get the truck the next day. I walk in and the service technician for my oil change said “oh, me and a couple guys put it right back in. I have no idea what the body shop was talking about with that quote.” So your body shop is just out to gouge people for money when all it took was some elbow grease by three guys making $20 an hour and it took them five minutes to fix? Never again will I go there. More
