Roman was excellent, he listened to what we desired. Sales manager, almost ruined the deal stating the option 2 ($995) was a standard fee for all customers. Provided not transparency. Elvis is great but I dont trust your actual mechanics. I took my car in for a check engine in November and they couldn't find anything. Talked my wife into $600 of work that did nothing. Then when my check engine came back on they found the problem, which then led to another problem in December, then January, and this last service was after getting my car back in March. I traded my Kia in for a Toyota. More
Nothing was done. They took my car for two days for nothing. I had to ask for my car to be returned to me even though it was valet picked up. Just went downhill.
