Mr. Bravante: To my understanding you had brought your vehicle back in for the Manager to look at and at that time you had told him that you tried to correct the problem yourself and by doing so it had created a mark in the liner. Our Team took care of all your other concerns and marks but due to the treatment that you had done they could not be removed. Yes, I have brought it in multiple times. There is nothing you can do. It's a software update that Mazda needs to do on their side, but they won't do it. I have called them multiple times too. I just really hate my car and it's not even two years old and I still owe way more than it is worth. Nothing worse than having to pay a ton of money for the next couple of years for something I don't even want to look at anymore. If only someone would have said something. I know it seems little to most people, but to me it's a big deal and I communicated that with my sales person. I am in sales too, and if someone said x is important and what I was selling severely lacked in x, I would feel compelled to say something. And not knowing is almost worse. I am frustrated and I am sorry for the review I feel bad about it, but I am just so disappointed.

I am so very sorry to hear about this concern but I have been here 6 years and have never heard of a problem such as you describing. I want to help get this fixed. Can you bring your vehicle in one more time so that I can get involved? At your convenience I will have our Shop Foreman and our Service Director get our Mazda Service and Parts rep involved to get this corrected. What day and time works best for you?

I have talked to our Shop Foreman and he is not aware of your vehicles problem. I know you have said you have been in the Dealership numerous times for us to fix it but may I impose just 1 more time to allow me and our Shop Foreman to get involved. Has there been a software update that specifically addresses the music player? If not, you are only making suggestions that would waste my time. What if I take a day off from work and you can't figure it out? Then what? I am out of a ton of money, wasted an entire day, and the problem still doesn't get fixed.
