My husband and I had been searching the internet for a new Mustang with specific packages we wanted. It was very difficult to find because of low inventory at every dealership. We finally found the car we wanted at Koons Sterling Ford. We live over 900 miles from Koons Sterling Ford, however we decided to contact them anyway. We communicated with them via phone, text, and email. The salesman, Chuck Morris and everyone we talked with was friendly and professional. They offered us a great deal. Needless to say, we flew to Virginia, picked up the car and had an awesome road trip back home in our new car. It was a great overall experience because of Koons Sterling Ford. We highly recommend them and would definitely do it again. More
