We paid for diagnostic on transmission and we paid $2800 to repair. Week later the car transmission started slipping. They said it was a different part of transmission and would cost $2100 to repair. Obviou to repair. Week later the car transmission started slipping. They said it was a different part of transmission and would cost $2100 to repair. Obviously they don’t do a thorough diagnostic even when you pay it. More
Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. Very unorganized. Very unresponsive. Gave me another person's financial documents on my USB drive. Didn't send in the transfer of my tags 2 weeks aft unorganized. Very unresponsive. Gave me another person's financial documents on my USB drive. Didn't send in the transfer of my tags 2 weeks after I bought and now it's been over a month and my tags are not transferred. They will not tell me when they were sent in. And they will not overnight my a new temp tag . .. so now I'm driving around on an expired tag. I'm sure they won't pay the ticket. Wish I could give no stars. And managers are never available when you call. More
Took my car in for an air conditioner issue and paid over $1,400 but the issue was not resolved. It’s been difficult coordinating a follow-up appointment that includes a loaner vehicle. $1,400 but the issue was not resolved. Rude staff, scamming practices, and liars on top of it. Do Yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!!! My poor mother in law has been trying to work with them all day to get honest information Do Yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!!! My poor mother in law has been trying to work with them all day to get honest information from them about the payoff on her leased car. She has a 2018 explorer she is trying to trade in with another company. Her payoff went from her original payoff amount to adding over $10,000 to the payoff because it was going to be paid off by another car company and this dealership wants them to pay market value for the car. When asking where the dealership is getting this information they said it is from the finance company (Ford finance). The finance company said no its not coming from them. Literally all day on the phone trying to get an understanding of why no one can tell her where this extra money is coming into play. Ehsan (inventory manager), kept saying it's not the dealership its the fiance company and that they will not accept anything less than the ridiculously quoted number. Called Ford motor company also to try to get info on this and they said they have never even heard of their own dealerships charging that much additional money, but they would look into it and submit a complaint. Finally got the inventory manager Ehsan to agree to conference call the finance company to get the story straight. FINALLY, with everyone on the phone Eshan admitted that it is not the finance company charging that, but as the dealer they have the discretion to charge market value for the car for anyone other than my mother in law before they hand the title over. After being caught in a lie he didn't want to work with her anymore and hung up and stopped being responsive. Before he hung up He did try to explain his way out of it saying that the high number is the market value of what they can get for her car so the other company is expected to pay it. She said I don't understand what that has to do with the price of tomatoes as this is so far off my my payoff and he had the nerve to say well they are our tomatoes!!! He told her to go to a Ford dealership and simply buy the car from them for the lower amount and then sell it to the other company for the trade in! Cuz everyone has almost $27,000 laying around to do such a deal. He also said to send in the original payoff amount, they will send it to the finance company and if they accept it then they accept it. If not they will let her know how much she owes after the deal is done but she will then owe the $ and the title won't be released until it is taken care of. Before she dealt with him she had the displeasure of dealing with Megan in the tag and title department. Who originally told her the lower pay off number then pushed off responsibility onto the inventory manager. However, in the time dealing with her my mother in law, said this is absurd, I am a customer and have been going through this for hours. Megan had the audacity to actually say well you're actually not a customer anymore since you're going to go to another company so I don't really know what to tell you. That is not how you treat someone in any circumstance and is despicable. Lying about where this crazy amount of extra money is coming from is unbelievable. The fiance company rep even said " she has heard from many customers that the Ford dealerships are price gauging customers because of the used car market being so hot, and that it is so unfortunate". After the payoff is complete the original dealership gets the title and can decide to release it or not. Holding customers hostage Trying to take advantage of people is awful!!!! If you are going to charge a ton of money for lease buyout deals at least be honest and stand by your charges and don't lie about where they are coming from and who is charging them. Rude, sneaky, lying, greedy and unprofessional are just a few descriptors to explain this company!! More
